US gymnast Jade Carey showed off her form improvements on the uneven bars.

In a video uploaded on Instagram, Carey is shown training her bars combo, a Church to a Gienger, and Ezhova transition.

A Church is a pike sole circle backward counter pike hecht over high bar to hang, rated an E, while a Gienger is a swing forward and salto backward with ½ turn (180°) piked salto  to hang on high bar, rated a D. The combo is worth 0.1 according to the 2022-2024 CoP.

Ezhova is a swing backward release and ½ turn (180°) in flight between the bars to clear support on low bar, rated a D.

Carey, who now competes at NCAA gymnastics, announced last month that she will be pursuing elite. However, she is not sure about competing at this year's World championships, which will be held in October in Liverpool.

She recently posted a photo with Tokyo Olympian Jordan Chiles and Tokyo Olympic alternate Leanne Wong at the US training camp.

As an elite gymnast, Carey is the winner of the 2020 Olympic floor gold medal, 2017 and 2019 World vault silver medal, and 2017 World floor silver medal.
