The Mustafina dismount is a full and a half twisting double back off the uneven bars.

It was named after Russia's Aliya Mustafina in 2010, although she was not the first gymnast to compete it.

It has an E rating.

Simone Biles of USA

The uneven bars is Biles' weakest event. Despite that, she managed to win a silver medal on the apparatus at the 2018 World championships.

She also qualified to the bars final at the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games.

During the first half of her gymnastics career, Biles competed a full twisting double back tuck dismount, which is rated a D. She upgraded to a double twisting double back tuck, rated an F, during the second half.

Sienna Robinson of USA

Robinson was born in 2005. She turned senior in 2021 and is a 2024 Olympic hopeful. She announced last year that she has verbally committed to Stanford University.

She competed double layout and full twisting double back for her bars dismount.

Nina Derwael of Belgium

Derwael is double World and European champion, and an Olympic champion on the uneven bars.
