French gymnast Coline Devillard was a few seconds away from receiving a zero on the vault during qualifications.
The 2017 European vault champion almost landed her Rudi vault (D score 5.8) on both her hands and feet.
Gymnasts who do not land feet first on their vault receive a zero.
Devillard is the second reserve for vault finals.
