"WTF people - Lies, Lies, Lies - When you go to sleep after 20h of flight - And wake retired" the Romanian gymnast snapchatted.
Pro Tv, one of the most reliable TV channels in Romania, reported that two gymnasts have expressed their desire to retire, one of which being Bulimar.
Bulimar competed at the 2012 London Olympic Games where she won a bronze with her team. She qualified to the balance beam final but was pulled out in favor of Larisa Iordache.
After Romania fails to qualify full team in Rio, only one gymnast will be allowed to compete there. It is widely anticipated that Larisa Iordache will be sent to Rio.
