Jupp's coach has confirmed via Twitter that his gymnast has torn her ACL for the second time.
Jupp's first ACL injury took place during the prelims of the 2013 European championships. The injury forced her to sit out the rest of the year's competition and half of the following year's.
She returned to competition in September at the 2014 British championships and was selected to represent GBR at World championships.
The 17 year old gymnast will most likely not compete this year.
ACL tears are very common in gymnastics. Maria Livchikova of Ukriane and Yvette Moshage of Netherlands tore theirs three times.
