While their teammates are competing at Universiade Games, Viktoria Komova and Seda Tutkhalyan are busy training some difficult skills in their home country.
The Russian gymnasts are training a triple Y turn on floor exercise which is worth an E.
Komova overturns it,
While Tutkhalyan connects it to an illusion turn.
The triple Y turn is named by their teammate Aliya Mustafina. She debuted the skill at 2014 World championships.
According to 2017-2020 CoP, the maximum number of Y turns is three.
Komova is expected to compete at Vornin Cup next December while it is unknown when will Tutkhalyan compete next.
