Be ready to be impressed.

Australia’s 2012 and 2016 Olympian Larissa Miller posted a video on Instagram, in which she shows off a peculiar training programme

It is a combination of gymnastics finesse, Cirque du Soleil bravery and Ninja Warriors moves.

In the video, Miller shows incredible arm strength, as well as endurance and determination

Her new training can be interpreted as a form of support for an ideal of woman as strong and healthy. She indeed emphasised it with the hashtag #strongwomen.

Miller was the sole representative for Australia in women’s gymnastics at the Rio Olympics.

After seeing her new training, we can expect anything from Larissa Miller!
