Do you know the difference between a good switch ring leap and a good one?

A good switch ring should have the swinging leg hit at least 45 degrees before the switch, should open up to a full 180 degree split (or more) at the apex, should have the back leg bent at a 90 degree angle with the foot at head height, and the head should be thrown back with the neck at full extension (head release) and the back arched.
