US Kyla Ross will not be able to compete at the upcoming World championships which will be held in Glasgow between October 23 and November 1, as she has withdrawn from her country's World selection camp.

“Kyla and her coaches have let us know that she will not be attending the selection camp,” said Rhonda Faehn, senior vice president for women’s gymnastics. “We respect and support Kyla’s decision. Kyla continues to be a tremendous asset to the U.S. Women’s National Team and her dedication, talent and accomplishments have contributed to the USA’s success on the international stage.”

Ross has been a valuable member for the US team in the past three years. She helped her team to win gold at the last Olympic games and won five medals at the last two World championships.

The seven-member U.S. Women’s Team will be announced on Oct. 8. Among.
