M.rsport.ru reported that Viktoria Komova of Russia has withdrawn from European Games due to ankle injury, but fortunately for us and for Komova it is not true.

"Do not trust this news" Komova wrote on Vk. "I did not know I have ankle problem!"

The website reported that the Russian gymnast may miss the games due to ankle problem and be replaced with European all around silver medalist Maria Kharenkova.

A few days ago, the UEG released the nominative list where Viktoria Komova, Aliya Mustafina and Evgenia Shelgunova were mentioned.

Komova additionally said that they still don't know who exactly will be named to the games' team.

The European games will be held in Baku, Azerbaijan between 12 and 28 June.
